Paul Anderson makes a few brief points for socialists on the election.

Neal Lawson, the ultimate think-tankie, produces a classic example of what think-tankiness is all about in the Guardian: lots of dramatic sweeping generalisations, plenty of banality. a sprinkling of neo-isms and some unanswered questions. Nonetheless there is an important core truth in what he says – the left needs to come up with something to replace ‘New Labour’ after the election.

But let’s win it first eh?
