Wendy Davis, who earlier this year filibustered in the Texas State Senate against a law that radically restricts abortion rights, announced Thursday that she is a candidate for governor.
And yes, I know she is the longest of longshots in a state that is undergoing a demographic transformation which will eventually move it to the Left, but which is still solidly conservative.
But she has my undoubtedly highly-influential endorsement.
