Venezuela’s government-controlled VTV features remarkable photos of what it calls a “civilian-military” demonstration “in support of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and in defense of life and peace.”
From the looks of things, it appears to be overwhelmingly “military” with a thin wedge of “civilian.” And the military contingent (and probably most of the civilians) didn’t have much choice about being there.
Is this really the best the chavistas can do now?
