So Gazans are an occupied people and have the right to resist, including by armed force (though not to target civilians), while Israel is an occupying power that has an obligation to withdraw
So Milne isn’t actually arguing in favour of anything that the Palestinian groups in Gaza are actually doing. He presumably would have to say that it was wrong. He’s arguing about their right to do a bunch of other theoretical stuff that they aren’t doing. Making the entire piece a waste of bytes.
