At the Jerusalem Post, Khaled Abu Toameh writes that only one day after the “historic” agreement was signed, the two sides are already engaged in mutual recriminations over Fatah’s arrest of Hamas members in the West Bank and Hamas’s prevention of Fatah officials from leaving Gaza.
