1. Suggested that an FBI official who briefed lawmakers on the Tucson massacre was covering for President Obama by withholding information on shooter Jared Loughner’s allegedly liberal political beliefs.
2. Said his office is “drafting a measure to allow members of Congress to carry guns in the District of Columbia, including in the Capitol and on the House floor.”
