When last we heard about Mel Gibson, he was apologizing for his antisemitic rant after a drunk driving arrest and entering rehab.
Now in a recent interview with a Los Angeles TV reporter named Sam Rubin, who asked him about those events, Gibson says: “I gather you have a dog in this fight? Do you have a dog in this fight? Or are you impartial?”
Gibson also said he “didn’t necessarily make those comments” for which he apologized at the time.
At least it gives me an excuse to post once more this priceless video from the broadcast of a Boston Red Sox game shortly after Gibson’s arrest, featuring comedian Denis Leary.
