My Arabic is just terrible, so I don’t know what these guys are saying.
However, as Mousawi has been invited to tour the United Kingdom by the Stop the War Coalition, my guess is that it is some kind of anti-war slogan. Perhaps it says:
“NO TO WAR – YES TO CO-EXISTENCE – GIVE PEACE A CHANCE”
