It’s a family affair

The conclusions of a recent study into class mobility in Britain make depressing reading:

Dr Anna Vignoles, senior lecturer at the Institute of Education at the London School of Economics, said: “Our work on social mobility shows a decrease between (the) generations born in 1958 and 1970.
