I hope the appalling humanitarian and human-rights situation in Zimbabwe is addressed at the protests during the G8 summit in Gleneagles– and of course at the summit itself.
But as commenter Graham reminds us, there is a vigil every Saturday at the Zimbabwe High Commission in London to protest the terrible abuses of the Mugabe regime. It is now in its 41st week.
Despite disagreements on Iraq and other issues, I would think almost all Harry’s Place readers could agree with the aims of this vigil, and that those in the vicinity could find an hour or two to join it from time to time.
