As widely expected, Keir Starmer has resigned as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Strangely Donald Trump announced the resignation a full day before the man leaving the job did so. Starmer served as Prime Minister for under two years after a landslide victory in the 2024 General Elections. His victory was hailed as the return of adults to the room after the chaos of the Conservative party’s rule from 2019 to 2024 which saw a revolving door of 3 Prime Ministers in 4 years. I cannot find myself to say anything positive about Starmer other than what is going to replace him is going to be much worse. Knock yourselves out in the comments.
