Progressives will present trans people as victims of an aggressive society, retiring and cowering while just wanting to “live their best life”. But many are not shrinking violets at all: in fact there is a serious problem of trans-identifying people and their growing violence.
School shootings are an alarming issue today, particularly in the USA where guns are readily available.
But did you know that today, trans people are over 30 times more likely to be school-shooters than the general population?
Let that sink in.
In the past ten years, there have been 15 mass casualty school shootings. In four instances the perpetrators were “TQ+”. They were:
Maya McKinney – On May 7, 2019, 18-year-old Maya McKinney, who lived as a transman called “Alec”, and fellow student Devon Erickson carried out a shooting at STEM School Highlands Ranch. They killed one classmate, Kendrick Castillo, who attempted to stop them, and injured eight others. McKinney later admitted to targeting students she disliked and received a life sentence.
Dylan Butler – On January 4, 2023, 17-year-old student Dylan Butler opened fire at Perry High School in Iowa. One sixth-grade student was killed, and seven others were injured, including the principal. Social media posts suggested Butler identified as “gender-fluid”.
Audrey Hale – On March 27, 2023, 28-year-old Audrey Hale, who identified as a transman named “Aiden”, carried out a mass shooting at Covenant School, a private Christian elementary school in Nashville. Hale killed three children and three adults before being shot dead by responding police.
Robert Westman – On August 27, 2025, 23-year-old Westman, a transwoman who changed his name to “Robin”, attacked Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis. Two children were killed and at least 17 people injured before Westman died by suicide.
That’s almost 30% of these mass-shootings perpetrated by a group representing less than 1% of the population.
This is specifically school shootings. I have no idea what grievances lead to this massive over-representation of trans-identifying murderers in this specific area. But even when you expand out to the total number of mass-casualty shootings with fatalities, trans-identifying individuals are three times more over-represented than the demographics suggest.
Independent journalist Andy Ngo constantly complains about how the mainstream media ignores growing Trans Armed Militancy. He covers Antifa-offshoot group Trantifa (linked to several murders), the “Doll Squad“, and the Socialist Rifle Association.
Ngo in fact suggests the problem is even bigger and the authorities and media try to cover up the trans identities of perpetrators, for example, the case of Charles Landeros, or Snehal “Sasha” Srivastava. He regularly profiles violent trans offenders.
But what role has society in creating these trans-monsters? Humouring mental health problems relating to gender as “gender-affirming care” might be a big reason. Another might be the tendency of both ultra-liberal and ultra-conservative parents of wishing to “trans-away-the-gay” where they’d rather have a trans-child than a (in their view) non-gender conforming gay or lesbian child. I would not at all be surprised if this were a factor in yesterday’s shooting in Minneapolis by Robert/Robin Westman, who – it is reported in the media – was “transitioned” as a child, but no longer wished to be.
In the UK there is no easy access to guns, but there is nevertheless a growing aggressive militancy. Some may remember the case of Alan Baker, a convicted murderer and kidnapper who, upon release, styled himself as a transwoman “Sarah Jane”. In 2023 during a “Trans Pride” rally, he exhorted the crowd to “punch a TERF” (a ‘TERF’ is a derogatory term used by trans-activists to refer to women who object to “trans-inclusion” in women’s spaces and sport). Perversely, he was found “not guilty“. I suppose the threshold for incitement was much lower in the distant past of 2023.
In another case, Michael Jameson, an athlete who believed he was a woman called “Lauren Jeska” and who was allowed to compete as such, attacked a UK athletics official, Ralph Knibbs, causing life-threatening injuries, and wounded two of his colleagues who tried to intervene. Jameson was jailed for 18 years, controversially, in a women’s prison. The issue of violent trans offenders – particularly rapists – has been a source of conflict in the UK.
The TV series ‘Adolescence’ tries to lay the source of potential violence at the door of “toxic males”, but it seems the facts point to those less sure about their gender-identity as being the ones to watch. Mental illness plus inappropriate hormones may be the real toxic combination. Because teachers or parents would be accused of “conversion therapy” if they challenged a child’s self-identification, it is impossible to treat this mental distress, and it can only be made worse by the introduction of foreign hormones.
On the other hand, ‘Trans is the new Goth‘, and school-shooters have always been drawn from the cluster of “weird kids”. In previous generations, they may have been attracted to ‘devil worship’ and black clothing. Today it is blue hair and “identifying as queer”. ‘Queer’ today is a broad church: ashamed gays, kinky straits, menopausal men, and general misfits.
But until we can talk honestly about the trans issue – even the media has decided to run with their fantasy pronouns – any attempt at diagnosing this worrying trend will be a shot in the dark.
