You don’t have to be a fan of Bono or his approach to charity to find this funny.
Jason Mattera, a rightwing journalist and card who specializes in “ambush” video interviews, tried put the U2 rocker on the spot over whether he moved his charity’s office to avoid high taxes.
To Mattera’s frustration, the target of the interview repeatedly denied any connection to or control of the charity.
As it turns out, he was speaking the truth. It wasn’t Bono, but a Bono impersonator.
