As thousands of Iranians once again brave brutal repression to demonstrate against the ruling regime on National Student Day, the state-controlled Press TV (aka one of George Galloway’s income sources) briefly and dutifully downplays the protests, noting simply that “reports suggest a number of anti-government protesters have attempted to hijack the occasion.”
But Press TV is not so restrained when reporting as fact the latest blood libel fabrication about Israel stealing organs from 25,000 Ukrainian children.
I’m sure if the “highly respected” Galloway knew his employer was promoting such antisemitic poison, he would quit his Press TV gig in outrage. Wouldn’t he, Andy?
