Andrew Ireson, who comments here as “TheIrie,” has posted a petition on the 10 Downing Street website calling on the Prime Minister “to not allow the privatisation of Iraqi oil, against the wishes of the Iraqi people.”
Although TheIrie’s comments frequently drive me to distraction, this seems at least one issue on which supporters and opponents of the Iraq invasion should be able to agree. If I were a British citizen, I’d sign it.
