In July, Wardytron reported on the arrest of former Green Party candidate and Iraqi “human shield”, Christaan Briggs, who punched Les Incompetents frontman Billy Leeson into a coma. Billy Leeson needed to be resuscitated, and had part of his skull surgically removed. He has been learning to walk again.
Briggs was sentenced to eight months imprisonment yesterday.
