Scientific American magazine has released it’s list of Leading Thinkers. Being neither American nor particularly science-minded I recognised few of those honoured.
I do know who he is though.
Congratulations to Ken. He forced through an unpopular measure which has really made a difference to the quality of life in the capital. My prediction is that you’ll all be wanting a Congestion Charge when you see how well it works.
