Unfortunately I couldn’t make it to the Samizdata Bloggers party on Saturday although for practical reasons rather than out of a desire to maintain ideological purity.
Indeed having been bored shitless over the years by lefty ‘socials’ I was pleased by the invite and would have been fascinated to see how right-wingers party. I note with interest the Eurosceptics menu featured the very NAFTA Chilli but it seems good fun was had by all.
But I have to ask this – who was the guest who felt the need to come as Joe Stalin?
