Whereas I do approve of Rachel Shabi raising concerns about Islamism in Tunisia, and troubling imagery in cartoons, I think the line should be drawn at retweeting the English Defence League.
In fairness (a) Laurie is wandering around Tahrir Square (shhh!! Hope they don’t find out about your Jewish heritage!!!) and so can’t be expected to pay that close attention to who she retweets; and (b) the EDL tweet simply links to an Al Arabiya article.
