Why does he keep doing this, over and over?
Mitt Romney, denouncing a mythical “attack of [on?] success,” advised young people beginning their careers to start a business– by borrowing money from their parents.
He cited the example of his friend and supporter Jimmy John Liautaud, who built a successful restaurant franchise after borrowing $20,000 from his parents at a low interest rate.
Good for him (seriously). But Romney does realize that not everyone’s parents are in a position to loan them $20,000 (or even $2,000). Doesn’t he?
