Update: From what I’ve seen so far, I’m most impressed by Tammy Duckworth, a Democratic candidate for Congress in Illinois.
Even more persuasive than Clint Eastwood, I think.
To make it even better, she’s running against this jerk.
Further update: Michelle Obama was good, wasn’t she? The introduction by the proud mother of children serving in the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines, paying tribute to the First Lady for her work on behalf of military families, was a nice touch.
