Has anyone been watching live coverage of the Republican convention on C-SPAN?

The first time I turned it on, some Ron Paul supporters were making goddamn nuisances of themselves.
When I turned it on later, some old men were performing “Papa’s Got A Brand New Bag” while some old people danced around on the floor.
Did I miss anything good?
Update: Romney and Ryan officially nominated. Band plays “634-5789.” Convention in recess until 7:10 p.m. EDT., when there will be lots of speeches. Feel free to comment on proceedings as they happen.
