Wing) card has been instigated in which, according to the above link, up to $1,000 can be lodged allowing the user to enjoy all the wonderments which are available such as Juche discos.
That said, NK Economy Watch is puzzled about discrepancies between the sales pitch in this link and his original coverage of Narae’s launch. I would not recommend further investigation, though, as – just a hunch, like – it will be as about as stable as Icelandic financial markets in early 2008.
