If Joe “Wind is God’s way of balancing heat” Barton does not become chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, John Shimkus– who believes global warming is not a problem because God promised he wouldn’t destroy the Earth again after Noah’s flood– might.
And yes, he said, “Even if you believe in evolution…”
