Well, yes, Andrew. If by a socialist you mean someone who favors the very rich with huge tax cuts; who plunges the nation into a bottomless debt which will end up hurting the middle class and the poor far more than the wealthy; who spends public money wastefully, irresponsibly and in ways that almost always seem to favor his corporate benefactors– then, yes, I suppose George W. Bush is a socialist.
I have a different idea of socialism myself.
