My brother has bought me one of those three-CD collections of pop and rock hits from the past 30 years.
As always they are plenty of duds as well as almost-forgotten gems (Tenpole Tudor!) in these collections which are designed to appeal to the extremely wide and increasingly popular market of eighties nostalgists which I am unashamedly a part of.
But while it is a refreshing change that Free’s Alright Now isn’t on this one, I have a question:
Is there a rock compilation LP from the past 15 years that hasn’t featured Bachman Turner Overdrive’s You Aint Seen Nothing Yet?
