Before Harry’s Place, there was Speakers’ Corner.
Although it is now populated by religious loons and other oddballs, Speakers’ Corner still retains a strangely special place in the national consciousness.
The photographer, Brian David Stevens, is publishing a photographic essay on Speakers’ Corner which will be sold in the UK and the US. He’s looking for suggestions for an appropriate person to write a foreword; ideally somebody who would be recognised both sides of the Atlantic.
Who might write Brian a nice foreword do we think?
