I can’t help wondering who, if anyone, will be mourning him. But let’s not forget his hospitality for the heroic German “revolutionaries” who in 1976 helped hijack to Uganda an Air France flight originating in Tel Aviv, and who then proceeded to separate Jewish passengers fron non-Jews before Israeli commandos arrived.
And let’s also spare a thought for our “moderate friends” the Saudis (to borrow Condoleezza Rice’s description), who were pleased to provide Mr. Amin with refuge in his final years.
