What should one say about a horde of violent antisemites?
This one, for example. It’s a scene from the “Gaza flotilla” of 2010. On board the Mavi Marmara, the lead vessel, men eagerly awaiting their chance to bash Jews chant “Khaybar”, the ancient battle cry so beloved today by the worst of the worst.
Shortly afterwards, they had their chance. Here they are, taking it.
This is just what their leaders wanted. The flotilla was organised by the international network of Hamas and IHH, a nasty Turkish Islamist charity. The aim was violence in the service of Hamas.
Here is a telling scene from the centre of the flotilla launch ceremony in Istanbul. On the left is Zaher Birawi, a Hamas UK operative. Third from left is his fellow, the fugitive Hamas commander Mohammed Sawalha. To Sawalha’s left is Bulent Yildirim, the head of IHH. Next to Yildirim one sees Raed Salah, the infamous “blood libel sheikh”. These were the key men behind the whole escapade.

As we know from the “Palestine Live” reporting, the neo-Nazi Ken O’Keefe was on board as well and he played a leading role in the outbreak of violence.
IHH is dedicated to Hamas. Openly and proudly, it boasts about its direct material support for the terrorist group.

This is no surprise. Yildirim is a Protocols type. Here is some of his wisdom:
a. The motion to designate the IHH as a terrorist organization was born following the Mavi Marmara incident and was the initiative of Jewish Congressmen. It demonstrates just how much influence Jews have on life in the U.S. and to what extent they have been able to enslave that country. Collecting signatures in the Congress to submit the motion demonstrates better than anything else “the dirty face” of the Congress. According to Yildirim, if the initiative is passed, it would expose “the dirty face of the Zionists in the U.S.”.
b. Bulent Yildirim noted that the Zionists are fond of saying, “Give us the money of any country, and we will make sure to pass any laws we see fit, thus running that country.” He added that, under the system used in the U.S., “The funds which the Zionists provide allow the election of the senators and the ministers”. President Obama is concerned about that phenomenon; consequently, the U.S., in its UN votes, “has positioned itself with the occupying, unjust, and dishonest Zionists.” He further added, “Therefore, Obama, during his term, can allow himself to be enslaved by the Zionists”.

according to Yildirim, the “Zionism” rules the world in four spheres: the drug industry, the food industry, the weapons industry, and the media. The media provides considerable power to the spheres of fuel, finance, and weapons. That is the foundation used by the Zionists to “handle world media”. “The Zionists acquire media across the globe”, Yildirim said.
Mind you, Hamas is not enough for IHH. This outfit is so depraved that it saluted the mass murderer Shamil Basayev when he was killed. Oh, and the killing of Osama bin Laden was condemnable “American terrorism”.
It is easy to know what to say about this kind of horde. It is unspeakably hideous. No one with even the slightest sense of decency should stand up for it.
Jeremy Corbyn had a rather different view on the flotilla. Days after the confrontation on the Mavi Marmara, he spoke angrily on behalf of the extremist thugs. As he came to the end of his remarks, he said:
“I want to finish by saying, my support, my admiration, my love and respect for all those that were on that convoy”.
All of this horror was in plain view. This blog covered it at the time. Ignorance is an entirely unacceptable excuse, above all from a politician who claims he wants “peace” in the Middle East.
I don’t believe ignorance even comes into play, by the way. Antisemites are Mr Corbyn’s true love and most cherished cause. His record shows this, for years on end, again and again and again. If the antisemites in question are violent, Corbyn’s passion is all the greater.
If the oldest hatred is not your cause, then Labour must not be your party.
