A couple of things worth remembering in these difficult days in Israel:
1. Despite ignorant claims to the contrary, stones can and do kill. The same goes for Qassam rockets.
2. Israeli Jews routinely save the lives of Arabs. And vice versa. (I hope it doesn’t surprise anyone that the chief of surgery at Jerusalem’s Hadassah Hospital is an Arab.)
