Now that the heroine of my favorite comic strip “Agnes” has decided to venture into the blogosphere, I’ll be following her progress (or lack of same) especially closely this week.
(Agnes is poor and can’t afford a computer, so she has to write everything in longhand at home in her trailer and access the Internet at the public library. This is her second blogging venture.)
However, Agnes, I can assure you based on long experience: people will follow you for free– sometimes (even especially) people who dislike you and everything you stand for.
