Although President Obama was (as required by the Constitution) officially sworn in for a second four-year term on Sunday (you’ll notice the Chief Justice read from a card this time), he’ll do it again today for show. And poetry will be recited. And prayers offered. And songs sung. And he’ll make a speech. And there will be a parade. And there will be an outbreak of Obama Derangement Syndrome in the HP comments.
