Now is not the time for post-mortems of all the violence still taking place across London, but here are some things you can do to help:
- The Metropolitan Police have started publishing pictures of looters they want to find, help them out.
- Another website has also started publishing pictures of looters – if you can identify them, tell the police (don’t be a fool and take vigilante action).
- A website organising ‘riot clean ups’ has been set up, volunteer some time if you can.
