Islamism

More anonymous hate literature in Tower Hamlets

As we reported earlier, the police have charged a man, Mohammed Hasnath, 18, of Leamouth, Tower Hamlets, for his part in distributing the “Gay Free Zone” stickers in Tower Hamlets.

But now it has emerged that the underground jihadi press has been running overtime.

We’ve been sent a copy of a leaflet put through the doors of predominantly Muslim parts of Tower Hamlet’s ahead of last week’s referendum on voting reform giving residents “advice”.

The leaflet urged people not to vote, claiming the British Parliament was un-Islamic “idolatry” because only Allah has the right to make law. This is precisely the same position taken by the so-called “Saviour Sect” (or “Saved Sect”) a few years ago when they attacked George Galloway. They were believed to be a rebranded Al Muhajiroun (after it was banned) and which has now most likely evolved into “Muslims Against Crusades” via “Islam4UK”.

A betting person could do worse than wager they were behind this leaflet too.

The leaflet warned those Muslims who vote in elections that when a secular British government “which plays the role of God” tolerated adultery, alcohol, homosexuality, and prostitution, this was done in their name and Allah would hold them accountable. Naturally these are the same obsessions linked to several attempts to bomb London night clubs.

The authors of the mail drop also warned that Allah would condemn voters for the deaths of Muslims in wars fought by Britain “in their name”.

The leaflet ends by warning Muslims that “we have our own system” and that they should abstain from “Kufr” politics until Sharia Law could replace the law of the land.

That is of course the difference between groups like Al Muhajiroun and other religious abstentionists like, for example, Jehovah’s witnesses. You can be fairly secure in the knowledge that Jehovah’s Witnesses are not engaged in a battle to overthrow western democracy.
