Birmingham University ISoc to host the master of the cult of death
Today, one of my contacts from the University of Birmingham forwarded me a message on an upcoming event hosted by the Islamic Society.
The event is called “A day in the life of a Gazan Child”. I think we can all guess how that’s going to be played out. But what I haven’t told you is that this talk is in two parts. The first is to do with the Gazan Child but the second is “a presentation on Death” – both hosted by a gentleman by the name of Jalal Ibn Saeed.
It’s well documented that Islamists have made an economy out of the cult of misery and death. Add the two together and don’t stop stirring, and you often form the soft cement of anti-western hatred that hardens into radicalization.
After doing a bit of research, I can tell you that Jalal is what I would describe as a ‘soft’ Islamist. He thrives on explaining the righteousness of the need to feel misery and death. He usually adds anti-Semitism to his talks and calls for Muslims to cease all communication with the ‘outside world’ and solely use their lives to make ‘du’ah’ (prayer), to the extent that they should be completely disconnected from civic society (see below).
This won’t be the first time Jalal will be enlightening us on the process of death. A quick look on YouTube shows he has quite some form. Have a look below:
“A good death is a slow one”
“Take his time, sweat, build up, let me feel everything”
By far the most disturbing thing about the video is just how happy this guy looks at describing the slow death of his friend! He only ever smiles on the video when he’s describing death or the Quranic description of death and the after-life.
And where did Jalal give this talk? The Green Lane Mosque in Birmingham. The very same Mosque that was featured in Channel 4’s Dispatches programme ‘Undercover Mosque’ where its preachers advocated violence, anti-Semitism and homophobia.
I also found this video, called ‘Final Destination’, which has some telling quotes too.
At 1.29m in, we hear some casual anti-Semitism:
“we selfishly live like the Jews, who only care about themselves and call the rest a goyim, those who are damned. Those who are enslaved to them.”
At 4.02m in, Jalal issues his call to arms:
“Some ask, what do you mean? Stop everything I am doing? Don’t eat? Don’t live? Don’t have fun? Don’t play games? Don’t enjoy? Don’t eat? Don’t sleep? Don’t get married? Don’t have children? Don’t buy a house, a car? Just worship?
The answer is yes. The answer is yes. If one was sincere, one would not ask such a question. One would say, yes, he is my Lord, what does he want me to do? I will do what he wants me to do, his bidding.”
Effectively, Jalal is calling for Muslims to remove themselves from civil society for, which he describes as, God’s “bidding’. These are the makings of Islamism. Jalal applies the idea that the external world is corrupt and unholy and, as such, one should not get contaminated by materialism but use their time to become subjects of the Lord.
This is completely against the values of British society and such extreme views should not be welcome at the University of Birmingham. Just what defence does the University have to allow this speaker a platform?
It also gives you a telling view on what Birmingham ISoc must be like. If they’re hosting a guy who gets his thrills with the morbid obsession of eschatology, then you can only guess what the topic of conversation must be after Friday prayers.
