A friend in Cairo sends this disturbing news:
All hell breaking loose.
Riot police and assorted thugs in plain clothes, armed to the teeth, being allowed onto Tahrir Square by the Army. Attacking the anti-Mubarak demonstrators. Now men on horseback and camels attacking the demonstrators. Army are doing nothing.
The counter-revolution begins.
Al-‘Arabiya reporter has been stabbed. Mayhem.
