The residents of Manchester, England are almost twice as likely to be victims of violent crime as Bubbles.


The Conservatives have compared parts of the UK to The Wire, a US television show which portrays inner-city drugs and violence.

In a speech, shadow home secretary Chris Grayling argued that the UK was suffering the same culture of gangs and street violence found in the US

Home Secretary Alan Johnson replied: “Those m*ther-f*ckers need to quit jackin’ that bullshit!”

I can certainly feel him.

The murder stats obviously leap out. I look at events in the good ol’ East End of London town yesterday evening and I wonder how many dead football fans we’d have this morning if they sold 9mms behind the counter of every B&Q?
