Who Supports the Free Market?

Here is an interesting set of figures from the Pew Global Attitudes survey:

More than three-in-four agree with the statement in a diverse set of nations. Support for the free market approach is strongest in two of the poorest nations on the survey, [Kenya and the Palestinian Territories].

There is as much support for the free market in the Middle East as there is in Western Europe. And a higher percentage of Palestinians (82%) than any Western European public agrees that people are better off in a free market economy, even though some are rich and some are poor.

George Galloway will be very disappointed in them.
