Sometimes, in my early-Sunday morning fog, I turn on the radio and listen to a weekly program called “Speaking of Faith,” featuring interviews with various religious, philosophical and spiritual types.
This Sunday I heard an excellent interview with Ed Husain, the former Hizb ut-Tahrir activist who turned away from radical Islam and who now considers himself a mainstream Muslim. You can listen to the 53-minute radio broacast here, or to an extended version of the interview here.
Of special interest are the differences he notes between the American and British Muslim communities.
