Because I noted my unhappiness when Avigdor Lieberman’s Yisrael Beiteinu party joined Israel’s coalition government, I should note my satisfaction and relief that the party has now withdrawn from the government.
At the time I observed:
I expect this coalition will be about as stable as most of Israel’s previous government permutations– that is, not very.
A safe prediction when it comes to Israeli politics.
