1. Labour result not as bad as predicted.
2. Tory result not as good as hoped.
3. Lib Dems dead in the water.
4. Scots confused by ballot paper, computers break down.
5. Feuding trots, Tammy and Rosie bid farewell to Holyrood.
6. Clerical fascists of RESPECT and neofascists of the BNP proud of small gains, but breakthrough palpably fails to materialise.
