The British TUC has called for a demonstration Wednesday April 4 in solidarity with Zimbabwean trade unionists and others standing up to the corrupt and repressive Mugabe regime.
The Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions is calling a general strike for April 3 and 4, and Mugabe’s agents have been hunting down ZCTU officials.
The demonstration will be outside the Zimbabwean embassy in London, 429 Strand, from noon to 2 p.m.
