Moonbattery

Deconstruct this sentence

Speaking of Socialist Worker’s admiring piece on the anti-Israel, pro-Iraqi “resistance” cartoonist Carlos Latuff: can anyone help me deconstruct this sentence:

Like many artists, Latuff advocates unconditional freedom of expression – a stance that has led him to take positions that Socialist Worker disagrees with.

I don’t follow. Is it because Latuff “advocates unconditional freedom of expression” that he has taken positions SW disagrees with? If he didn’t advocate unconditional freedom of expression, would he have been less likely to take such positions?

lenin? johng? Lindsey? Anyone?

And when will Latuff produce a comic strip glorifying this action by the Iraqi “resistance”?
