Holy Warrior

American televangelist Pat Robertson proves that it’s not only the Mullahs who can’t seem to recognise an appropriate dividing line between religion and politics:

Of the current Venezuelan President the man of God had this to say today:

“You know, I don’t know about this doctrine of assassination, but if he thinks we’re trying to assassinate him, I think that we really ought to go ahead and do it,” Mr. Robertson said. “It’s a whole lot cheaper than starting a war and I don’t think any oil shipments will stop.”

He’s not keen on feminism either:

[it] encourages women to “kill their children, practise witchcraft, destroy capitalism and become lesbians.”
