Clive Davis points to one example of how yesterday’s terrorist attacks actually caused someone (in this case The Telegraph’s theatre reviewer Dominic Cavendish) to look at similar events in other parts of the world in a different light. (Via Andrew Sullivan).
I realize the usual first reaction to events like this is to dig more deeply into previously-held positions. But I’d like to think Mr. Cavendish was not the only one to do some rethinking yesterday.
Does anyone have other examples of people seeing things differently as a result of the London atrocities– journalists, bloggers, friends and family, yourself? Feel free to contact me by email (address at left) with details. I’ll provide confidentiality when requested.
