The Stop the War Coalition have received a cash boost from Mayor of London Ken Livingstone, who has decided to write off a debt of £1,217.30 which they owed to the Greater London Authority.

The council taxpayers of London will surely want to know why the Mayor has effectively decided to pay the Stoppers’ bills for them, and why Galloway’s gang were unable to pay them for themselves?
