Here is a blogger’s personal account with photos of yesterday’s Protect Darfur protest in London which appears to have been very well-organised and effective in making its point.
Two things disturb me about this though – only 150 people turned out (no million man march over this issue) and one of the speakers was a Sudanese refugee in the UK who shamefully faces being sent home by the government.
