My state of Maryland is having a primary election today– along with nine other states– and I just voted on what I hope is a foolproof touch-screen ballot. I fully expect John Kerry to win here and in every other primary today (except maybe Georgia’s), and I fully expect to vote for Kerry against George Bush in November. That said, I voted for John Edwards because I’m a bit of a contrarian and because I think he’s on the mark when he talks about two Americas.
Update: Despite my meager efforts, it appears Edwards is quitting the race.
