Ok I’ll get my coat. When the President of the United States of America has an official weblog then obviously the medium is becoming very mainstream in the US.
I can’t understand why Labour doesn’t do one. A blog, given its frequently updated link-heavy features, is an ideal campaigning tool. It would be a cheap and effective way of getting the party message out.
So far, among the parties in the UK, only The Scottish Socialist Party have a weblog.
As a side issue the news of the Bush Blog news does raise the question of what will happen now to the right-wing US bloggers?
